All our flavors are prepared in house and are all natural. We don't use artificial flavoring, nor use techniques that compromise the original flavors of the coffee we roast. Our philosophy is that added flavors should enhance the inherent taste, smell and look of coffee, not mask it; therefore all our flavors are prepared with the utmost care. At Giday's Coffee we have unlimited access to the traditional and time tested flavors used for centuries in the various regions of Africa and we are committed to passing it on to you!

Giday's Coffee: This is for true coffee lovers that like their coffee in its true unflavored form. This is a medium to dark roast of Yirgacheffe coffee. It is roasted with a signature profile that is unique to Giday's coffee. Giday's coffee offers you a balanced medium body, medium acidity and winy sweet flavor.

Triple Spice Coffee: This is one of our signature coffees. Although it contains a combination of the three most commonly used spices in the East African coffee tradition, we have enhanced the technique of delivering these spices in this unique selection. This naturally flavored coffee is one of our best and what makes Giday's coffee unique. Let your taste buds celebrate with the smooth and sweet flavors brought out in this coffee.

Ginger Coffee: Ginger has been used for medicinal purposes for many years. Not surprisingly, its use in coffee is widely practiced in Africa. Ginger Coffee takes advantage of this unique plant root to provide you with a one of a kind Coffee taste you will love. Ginger coffee tastes good (sweet, yet spicy) and the taste lasts a long time after your last sip!

Coriander Coffee: This medium to dark roast coffee is flavored with lightly roasted Coriander. The addition of coriander reduces the acidity of the coffee and gives it a slightly floral taste.

All-African Blend: This is a special blend of more than three different coffee beans. This blend is made of coffee from different regions of Africa. All-African Blend offers you a very complex taste you will only find from us. At Giday’s coffee we take advantage of the strength of several of the varieties of coffee from Africa and blend them together to create yet another unique blend.
