We offer coffee ceremonies in the greater Seattle region. This ceremony introduces coffee lovers with a unique and wonderful way to fully enjoy the ambience of coffee. This is a chance to visit, relax and pamper yourself with the luxury of the coffee tradition. This ceremony will be an exact duplicate of what one will experience on the highlands and lowlands of East Africa, where neighbors gather up to three times a day to enjoy what the coffee ceremony has to offer. If you have never tasted freshly roasted coffee or consumed it within less than five minutes after roasting, your taste buds will be overjoyed and will realize the difference the overabundant flavors that freshly naturally roasted coffee has. We guarantee that you will never want to go back to your old coffee drinking habits! The ceremony includes: set up of traditional coffee gadgets, wash coffee beans, roast coffee using open fire, grind using the traditional fashion for the right texture, prepare the coffee and enjoy three rounds of coffee with each round bringing out different sets of flavors from the same coffee beans. The atmosphere can be even more authenticated using a variety of incense. The ceremony will take anywhere from an hour to two hours. We can offer this service to as many people as you would like.
