Coffee is an exceptional coffee, because we have first
hand experience in small-scale family coffee farms and
draw our blends from the rich coffee culture of East
Africa (Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya and Uganda). We don't
just represent the East African culture, but rather
we are East Africans bringing you the true and authentic
culture of the coffee ceremony our families and friends
have enjoyed for many thousands of years. Giday's Coffee
believes in preserving and delivering the entire robust
flavor our various coffee beans naturally offer therefore,
coffee beans are roasted in small batches less than
24 hours before they are shipped out. In our culture,
we roast only the coffee we will consume and drink it
within a few minutes of roasting. This has an advantage
of preserving the hundreds of natural flavors coffee
beans have. If coffee beans are roasted and kept for
more than a couple of weeks, which most roasting companies
do, the majority of the natural flavor disappears leaving
a bitter taste. Previous to roasting, the coffee is
washed, dried, and hand picked for perfection. In addition,
Giday's Coffee incorporates a number of naturally added
spices used in coffee ceremonies in East Africa where
the coffee ceremony was born and is still vibrant. All
of our coffee products are grown naturally and no preservatives
or additives are added during the entire process.
